” Aiste is a first class instructor. I’ve attended numerous online classes during the Covid 19 period and they’ve really helped me. My particular challenge is poor flexibility being at a desk too much. Prior yoga I’ve tried has been way too advanced and fast to maintain interest. Aiste’s approach is slower but still progressive with clear instruction. Would absolutely recommend. “

” I signed up for Aiste’s core yoga challenge course. I was initially sceptical about the results, but after only a few sessions I could feel the difference in my back. The comparably short sessions were more easier to fit in the day and made it possible to do some yoga everyday. Aiste was great at listening to feedback and adjusting the tempo and exercises to fit participants’ needs. She also has a calming manner and voice that help participants relax and feel quickly at ease. Her yoga sessions felt like both yoga and meditation at the same time – great mindfulness experience in a busy day and a relieve for a painful back. My family members joined in on some sessions and even though they were beginners, they found it easy to follow along and also were surprised to feel the recognizable changes and benefits from even one session. I started doing the second round of the same challenge, and the videos do not feel repetitive at all. Aiste explains variations of exercises which makes it great to do the variation that fits your current level and do others as you feel comfortable and advance further. All sessions contain different exercises and forms, or variations from previous sessions, and it was never repetitive or boring, but at the same time it’s nice progression, so it’s easy to follow along. Highly recommend Aiste for anyone, even the sceptical beginners. “

” When Aiste offered us some yoga sessions I never thought I would take part in them! Initially I joined in to make up the numbers but I soon started to feel the benefit of it. I could also see the real benefit to many of the other people in our centre. Aiste was always supportive of my lack of balance and general newness to the practice of yoga. I always felt looked after & safe in the sense that she would never force me to do something that would cause me hurt or pain (apart from that that comes from moving and stretching myself in ways I have never done before!).
The other thing that surprised me was the joy in the group! I have a memory like a sieve but I really have remembered so much of the practice – which for me shows what a good teacher Aiste is! “
