SERENITY is designed for those that enjoy practicing yoga in larger group settings.  

SERENITY provides flexibility to jump into a running group or to start a new group of your own.

All sessions are booked monthly. Curious about joining? We offer a trial session to kick the tires and see if SERENITY is right for you. Inquire for more details.

SERENITY SESSIONS are priced as follows:

Evening Serenity = £28 / $38 per month

Schedule:

Thursdays 6.00-7.00 PM

SERENITY MEMBERSHIP = £41 / $56 per month

Schedule:

Mondays 7.30-8.05 AM 

Thursdays 6.00-7.00 PM

ZEN SESSIONS

Private custom tailored sessions with 100% focus on your needs at your pace.

Come relax and enjoy a little Zen in your life. This session is completely private and gives you one to one access to your instructor.

These sessions are custom tailored to your specific wants and needs.

 

Whether you prefer slow and relaxing, or upbeat and charged, or a combination and styles, we adapt as you go and as your needs dictate.

Each session is designed with you in mind. The session gives you ultimate control over the pace, tempo, and intensity.

 

ZEN SESSIONS are priced as follows:

45min = £50 / $68

* 10% discount when you book 5 sessions

We’re excited to announce the launch FRESH SESSIONS… A complete yoga package for newbies!

We know that walking into a yoga class with a bunch of seasoned students can be very intimidating and scary.

Because we understand how you feel, we are proud to launch FRESH SESSIONS for our beginners out there!  

Getting started is often times the hardest part.  These sessions are meant for you.  They will take your through the basics and fundamentals to provide you a strong foundation along your way.  

Extra time and care will be taken to get you comfortable and feeling good in no time!  The sessions will cater to novices in need of a little extra TLC!  

FRESH SESSIONS consist of 4 x 30 min live Zoom sessions (with recordings provided if you miss it), followed by 10min Q&A, 8 x 60 min recorded sessions, 1 x 60 min one on one session and 4-5 weekly videos to break down the main yoga forms and how to adjust them to suit your needs.
